Within the framework of
the "eTwinning" program, a contact seminar on "Integrative
teaching model in eTwinning" was organized on September 26-28, 2022 in
Durres, Albania.
The main goal of the
event included increasing the digital competence of educators in general
education institutions, effective application of ICT in education, and new
training methods that will develop the 21st century skills of pedagogical
workers.
Gulyana Ozcan, a teacher
of high school # 220 in Baku, Huseynova Leyla and Majidli Gulay, teachers of
secondary school #1 named after M. Bagirov in Lankaran, participated in the
seminar. At the same time, 16 trainings, discussion panels and speeches were organized
in 3 parallels for teachers from countries such as Portugal, Spain, Bosnia and
Herzegovina, Lithuania, Cyprus, Estonia, Italy, Bulgaria and Croatia.
As a result of the event,
the representatives of the country and their European colleagues created common
lesson models that include the introduction of new learning environments that
balance the needs and opportunities of students, and also bring to the fore the
connection between the students' understanding needs and the conditions
surrounding them in the educational process.
It should be noted that
Azerbaijan has been participating in the "eTwinning" project since
2013. The project is part of the "eTwinning" project of the Lifelong
Learning Program of the European Union. The main goal of the project is to
increase communication between the pedagogues from 44 European countries
participating in the program, to create opportunities for cooperation, as well
as to create conditions for implementing various projects in the direction of
the development of joint education. Within the framework of the project, 4,445
educational projects have been implemented with the participation of 4,180
teachers from 1,141 schools in our country, many high international
achievements have been achieved, and competition has been held at the same
level as European countries.
