A webinar on “Cyber
Security” was held on January 26-27, 2022 to establish joint education
projects in cooperation with Switzerland, Denmark and Azerbaijan eTwinning
Partner Support Agencies. The main purpose of the webinar was to raise
awareness among students aged 6-12 based on reliable sources, to explore and
apply ways to prevent the dangers of irresponsible online behavior, as well as
practices that promote it.
During the two-day webinar,
teachers from Azerbaijan, Switzerland, Denmark, Jordan, Tunisia, Georgia,
Albania, Ukraine and Moldova presented new project ideas to develop students'
programming language skills in the field of artificial intelligence and coding
in education and the application of new technologies. During workshops teachers
developed content for students' cyber security for project implementation.
Azerbaijani teachers
participating in the webinar Ayten Jafarova, English teacher of Baku secondary
school N# 271, Aynura Mirzaliyeva, English teacher of secondary school No# 17,
Elvina Alakbarova, teacher of secondary school # 26 and Nigar Shukurova,
biology teacher of Barda secondary school #4 informed their colleagues about the
implementation plan of the project and clarified the questions. The webinar was
attended by more than 39 teachers, project coordinators, ambassadors and
mentors from representative countries.
It should be noted that the
created educational projects are designed for the 2021-2022 academic year.
