On October 23-27, a group of Azerbaijan NSO members visited the Republic of Turkiye within the
framework of the eTwinning program. Within the framework of the visit,
discussions were held on digitalization of education, school visits based on
the project-based education model were organized and local experience was
demonstrated.
On the first two days, the Azerbaijani delegation
visited the Innovation and Educational Technologies Center of the Ministry of
Education, the EBA TV studio, the Educational Technologies Incubation and
Innovation Center and the Ege School in Ankara. During the meetings, practical
examples of the implementation of digital education strategies were
demonstrated.
In the following days, the participants took part
in the 3-day event organized for project ambassadors in Antalya. The staff
members who participated in the panel discussions spoke about the importance of
the integration of project-based education into the teaching process, and the
importance of joint teaching models in increasing the digital literacy of
students. During the visit, the delegates from Azerbaijan took part in the
event dedicated to the 100th anniversary of the Republic of Turkiye at Antalya
Kepez Cultural Center.
