As part of the "eTwinning" program,
the projects implemented in the 2022-2023 school year were evaluated and 312
international projects were awarded with National Quality Label(NQL).
Within the framework of the program, Azerbaijani
teachers have participated in 5,103 educational projects. Projects that were
awarded with NQL will compete together with the teachers of 45 countries for
the European Quality Label (EQL) and the European Award.
According to assessment criterias, teachers can
earn NQL by applying for projects. NQL is a reward given to the quality of the
individual work reflected in each teacher's platform in the shared teaching
models. The evaluation of projects that apply to the Natioanal Quality Label is carried out on the basis of the adaptation
of the topics to the general education subject to the curriculum, the
cooperation between participant country teachers and students, the placement of
student research in international groups, the use of electronic teaching
resources and the application of pedagogic innovation.
Let's note that the "eTwinning"
project is part of the European Union's Life Long Learning Programme , which is
implemented by the Bureau on ICT for Education under the Ministry of Science
and Education. The aim of the project is to increase communication and
collaboration between local teachers and European teachers, as well as to
create conditions for implementing various projects in the field of education
development.
