On May 12-14, 2023, the eTwinning seminar on "Innovation and Education" was held in
Budapest, the capital of Hungary.
The purpose of the event was to develop the teaching
methods of educators using modern aproaches, to increase ICT and language
skills, to create conditions for the joint lessons and international projects with
international colleagues.
We
represented Azerbaijan at the event with 2 representatives. The participants of
the event took part in trainings aimed at acquiring the necessary knowledge,
skills and competences in accordance with the concept of lifelong education. At
the event, Aida Elyazova, a teacher of secondary school No. 26 in Baku, made a
presentation aimed at ensuring learning based on the joint work of students and
teachers in project-based education.
We would like to note that within the framework of
the project, various professional development trainings and international
conferences are organized for teaching staff throughout the year. The events
are held both face-to-face and online. Around 18-20 educators across the
country participate in events organized in Europe throughout the year.
